This google doodle was released on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Bday which coincided with Herge's Bday and the name missing in the pic is Herge..so the

the google doodle is portraying sherlock holmes and his birthday supposedly and he was born in the 1880's i guess... so possibly him as a character but it could also mean the birth of Scotland Yard!
