hope i cracked it ...

the man is Umberto Agnelli (hope the spelling is right) who proposed the idea of the golden star of recognition (what clubs in the serie a get on winning 10 titles.

fc milan, ac milan and juventus are the only 3 teams to get it with juventus leading with 27 titles...also these three clubs were the only founding members of the g-14 football organisation from the serie a...

Juventus, Milan and Inter were all founding members of the G-14 (a group representing the largest and most prestigious European football clubs); Serie A was the only league to produce three founding members.

yea yea.. no worries..answers are right and it is the star funda that i was looking for.. Umberto Agnelli started it with juve.. 10 titles= 1 star..i'll award it dhananjay i suppose...
